The most common response I’ve gotten when I’ve mentioned starting a blog post is, “Why?” and “What’s it about?” The initial idea of a blog came to me when I went into my iPhone’s safari pages and realized that I literally have about 25 open tabs of Fitness/CrossFit/Paleo/healthy lifestyle that I’ve wanted to share but I’m hesitant to put them on Facebook since not all of my Facebook friends on there are into this lifestyle. Don’t want to scare anyone away 🙂 So I decided to have a separate outlet for anyone who is interested in reading. I can only hope that something/anything I post on here can help people reach their goals and become healthier, stronger, happier people!

Because I ended up with a 3 finger diastasis and an umbilical hernia after my first child and I want to share my knowledge with YOU, to prevent or lessen any current symptoms you may have.
